Terms of Service

Redbird Roofing & Construction provides residential and commercial roofing, general contracting, remodeling, restoration, siding, gutters, and related construction services in the Greater Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. Specific services, materials, and scope are described in the written contract for each job.

All work is performed under a signed written contract that describes the scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, and warranty information. Payment terms are due as specified in the contract. We reserve the right to stop work if payments are not made on time.

We document storm and damage findings in the format adjusters commonly request and meet with adjusters when appropriate. However, we do not guarantee that an insurance claim will be approved, fully covered, or paid at any specific amount. The insurance company makes all claim decisions.

Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials and products are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and registration requirements. Workmanship warranty terms, coverage periods, and exclusions are described in your signed contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by storms, Acts of God, misuse, or modifications made by others after our work is complete.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Louisiana.
